DISH Sales Operations Project Manager- EBBP in Overland Park, Kansas

As part of our Operations team, you’ll reimagine connectivity through innovative business strategies, operational analysis and distribution channel expansion as we continue to shape the future of retail wireless. This Project Manager will be working within the Boost Mobile Field Sales Team under the Boost Sales Operations team. Candidates must work from a Corporate Campus location. This Candidate will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment spanning the Boost Mobile and broader Dish organizations. Candidate will be responsible for being singular point of contact for the Field on all Lifeline/EBBP/Government Program issues and product launches. Employee will be responsible for monitoring all Google Chat subject folder and responding/taking action appropriately; replying with answer, escalating further, etc. Candidate will be required to understand current programs and provide guidance on processes and improvements to support the Field Sales Org, and the Dealer Channel. Responsibilities include: Be the business lead/POC representative for the Boost Mobile Field Sales Organization Be a business advocate for customer resolution within the Dealer Channel Monitoring Google Chats during business hours to provide timely support to Field personnel on escalated issues Maintain and update issues logs by category to consolidate all issues; identifying trends and compiling library of solutions Frequent reporting on issues identified and taking action when needed; i.e. providing appropriate problem solving tools, requesting additional training/support material, etc. SME on troubleshooting process/steps Create and maintain a contact list for system escalations Timely follow up on open issues College Degree not required Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills required Ability to extract, document and manage cross functional team tasks to completion Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a rapidly changing environment Ability to advocate for business needs Job Requirements may change based on this programs life cycle Experience in the wireless industry preferred Compensation: $64,800.00/Yr. - $89,400.00/Yr.
