Description
The Senior Channel Development Professional provides Account Management services for single or multiple lines of business through partnership with internal and external business units. The Senior Channel Development Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors with actions that foster positive, sustainable and growing relationships.
Responsibilities
The Senior Channel Development Professional partners with internal and external business partners and support teams to provide Account Management services. Associates in this role provide data driven expertise and management to improve sales performance and increase market share. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing, finance and several other units to ensure effective partnership that fosters sustainable and scalable results for the business. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
2 - 4 years experience Account Management in PBM, Pharmacy
Proficiency in analyzing data and driving solutions
Ability to work in Matrix environment, influencing change, processes
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Mail Order Pharmacy
Experience presenting to C-Suite leadership
