At CESO, a Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for performing technical assignments utilizing the application of standard engineering design techniques for small to large projects. You will supervise Lead Engineers and Junior Engineers. You will have primary responsibilities that include: • Develop and maintain technical design standards • Lead projects / programs from concept through completion • Oversee and ensure the production of drawings, specifications, calculations, and other analyses meet scope, timeline, cost, and quality requirements • Review shop drawings and equipment submittals for conformance to plan documents and project specifications • Prepare and modify studies, plans, reports, specifications, and designs for projects • Apply local, state, and federal regulations • Adapt engineering information, codes, and standards into the project designs and stay current on industry codes and standards • Visit project sites to verify existing conditions and/or observe construction progress • Determine project scope and feasibility with architects, contractors, and equipment manufacturer representatives • Attend internal and external meetings • Other project duties as assigned Position requirements include: • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering from ABET accredited college and 15+ years of relevant experience • Professional Engineering (PE) License is required • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, AEC industry, codes and standards • Experience in leading a team, delivering career paths through guidance and feedback • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite CESO is a principle-centered organization that aligns with strong service values, integrity, and authenticity.
