About the Role:

As a CBRE Sr Real Estate Closing Analyst, you will develop business and negotiate the selling, leasing, and marketing of large and high profile commercial real estate properties for clients.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and letting of residential, office, and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base.

  • Provide tenants and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.

  • Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.

  • Compile complex property data for tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.

  • Prepare request for proposals and review RFP responses. Evaluate data and prepare in depth real estate reports on average rent, tenants in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.

  • Coordinate materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

  • Review and prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.

  • Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages; participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.

  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.

  • Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Prepare and distribute marketing materials.

  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.

  • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.

  • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

  • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate Salesperson license required.

  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
