Oracle Senior Manager Field Marketing in Overland Park, Kansas
Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.
Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

Oracle is seeking a forward-thinking marketing professional capable of delivering net-new pipeline for the CX Sales organization through the creative application of partners, third parties, associations and publications to join the North America CX Field Marketing team in the CX Marketing Organization.
In the Senior Manager Field Marketing role, you will build a “greenfield” marketing strategy designed to meet the unique needs of the NA CX field sales organization and develop and lead new and existing marketing relationships with key stakeholders, partners and vendors. Your strategy will focus on creative and impactful relationships that drive meaningful leads, opportunities, pipeline and deals for the NA CX Sales organization and coordinate with the programs that the integrated marketing team is executing. In addition to setting the NA Greenfield Marketing strategy, you will directly manage the partner-marketing relationships, the budget associated with greenfield programs and the reporting of critical metrics. You’ll work closely with the field marketing managers to understand their respective teams’ needs, the GSI and ISV partner teams, the integrated marketing team and the regional and global events teams in order to coordinate and consolidate efforts in determining the appropriate channels to connect, engage and progress deals.

What You'll Be Doing:
Developing NA strategy for greenfield field marketing for Oracle’s CX business.
Leading partner-marketing relationships with strategic GSIs, Agencies, and ISVs.
Managing a budget associated with driving greenfield leads, opportunities, pipeline and deals.
Reporting on the return on investment of all programs and budgets dedicated to greenfield deals.
Coordinating with the NA Field Sales organization to understand, interpret and activate greenfield accounts and leads.
Manage internal communications across the NA Field Sales org for greenfield programs.
Lead the planning, production, and execution of programs with partners, vendors, and publications to drive greenfield leads.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant field of study.
8 years’ of related experience in high tech; work experience in event strategy and realization; experience in marketing B2B technology and services.
Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
Proven experience and success in planning and executing field marketing programs.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with an outstanding attention to detail.
A proven commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
Ability to communicate, build trust, and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
Skilled to adapt to a fast paced, continually changing business and work environment while leading multiple priorities.
