Sr Commercial Marketing Manager, Customer Pain Points

The Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager is a critical team member in shaping T-Mobile’s customer base experience by identifying and resolving customer pain points. The role requires strong cross functional partnership and leadership to influence decisions across the enterprise, ensuring flawless execution of programs and performance management. The ideal candidate is obsessed with creating the best possible customer experience. The candidate should possess experience developing business cases and go-to-market strategy. Requires competency across marketing strategy, consumer and competitive insights, business management, financial acumen, change & innovation, relationship building & influencing, go-to-market planning and cross-functional leadership.

What you’ll do in your role.

You will partner with channel owners to identify customer pain points and implement programs that resolve those issues. This requires effectively managing partnerships with operations, supply chain, finance, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. This role will use customer insights and a test-and-learn approach to develop effective, cohesive programs and messaging throughout the customer lifecycle and across platforms. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and effectively lead cross channel teams to define problems and identify solutions.

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Masters/Advanced Degree preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 7+ Years Marketing experience in one or more of the following categories: Software/Hardware, Web, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Or Consumer Packaged Goods.

  • Successful track record of developing marketing strategies and business cases; executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience translating complex data into actionable insights

  • Strong project management skills, including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, with a relentless pursuit of creating great customer experiences

  • Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines "fully vaccinated" as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
