This position will be located in Kansas City, MO
Summary of Duties:
Manage and implement talent management processes and strategies to achieve business objectives and talent metric targets
Manage and serve as expert of FM&Ts annual performance management process, company timeline and communications
Partner with HRIS to support improved talent systems and meaningful talent data and analytics for the business
Contribute to the development and execution of career development tools and resources such as individual development plans, self-assessments, 360-degree feedback, career development classes and initiatives
Support company-wide survey and action planning processes focused on engagement including voice of the customer, manager effectiveness, exit interviews and best places to work surveys
Support retention initiatives focused on retaining top talent
Support the management of talent-related tools and vendors
Support organization effectiveness and organization design and change projects
You Must Have:
US Citizen- Q Clearance
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field
Minimum of ten years Human Resources experience in two or more Human Resources functions
Prior experience in a Human Resources Generalist role preferred, with history of effectively resolving strategic and employee relations issues
