Our strategic planning group sits at the intersection of technology and creativity, working on major brands like LVMH, PepsiCo, AMC Theatres, Salvation Army, Shiseido and Hersheys. When you join our team, you will lead strategy in delivering exceptional customer experiences and flex your muscle by digging for insights, crafting the strategy, and ensuring we deliver innovative solutions across all touchpoints, channels, and devices.
Overseeing qualitative and quantitative research to develop a rich picture of what people are thinking, feeling, and doing related to our portfolio of brands;
Developing hypothesis-driven testing and optimization methods to better understand what’s working (and what’s not) and communicate those performance driven metrics to clients;
Collaborating with Analytics & Insight team to develop new insights using first and third-party data;
Crafting the overall strategic direction for the accounts assigned to you and continually orienting our integrated teams to that vision;
Contributing to new business pursuits by developing a unique point of view on the marketplace and audiences;
Building presentations and documents articulating research, insights, recommendations, and measurement plans for clients;
Collaborate with our community of experts in paid media, CRM, social media, e-commerce to develop and execute cross-channel strategies;
BS or BA in Marketing, Communications or a combination of education and experience
6-10 years of experience in strategic planning or related field
Intelligent, strong work ethic, curiosity, and a passion for strategy
Thorough understanding of online marketing and web metrics
Excellent written and oral communication, as well as project management skills
Ability to present complex data to c-suite audiences
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to think strategically and logically
Able to spot emergent culture trends
Willing to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing creative agency
