T-Mobile Studio Manager in Overland Park, Kansas

* This role may be located in Overland Park, KS: Bellevue, WA; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Reston, VA

The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of a marketing communication project within T-Studios. This position leads and consults with internal and external stakeholders to develop marketing communications to both our base and prospect customers in order to achieve specific business goals.

What you’ll do in your role.

Lead, manage and guide projects and campaigns for Consumer, Business, Base and Corporate initiatives.

Lead, manage and guide end-to-end project management activities, including leading kick-off meetings, communicating with the stakeholders, managing timelines, and facilitating the delivery of projects.

Lead, manage and guide the process within the T I Studios Creative and Production teams to organize project assets, ensure project details are up-to-date in the project management system and align projects to partner briefs and needs.

Provides guidance / leadership on strategy, creative feedback, brand positioning, and implementation on all campaigns.

Lead workflows and timelines to ensure all deliverables are successfully met.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree: Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar (preferred)

  • 4-7 Years: Account Management: In multiple areas of marketing communications.

  • 4-7 Years: Project Management: Working with advertising and marketing communication policies and procedures.

  • Advertising & Marketing Communications Account, Project and Program Management

  • Teamwork, internal communications, problem solving

  • Ability to discuss and present group projects

  • Familiarity with workflow programs such as Workfront.

  • Ability to work with multiple projects and their deadlines.

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal stakeholders from production artist to VP.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. The CDC defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
