Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description
Seeking a proactive and skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family/mixed-use construction projects in the KC Metro area. This role involves collaborating with engineers and subcontractors to determine project needs, setting performance goals and deadlines, planning construction processes, and ensuring projects remain within budget. Responsibilities also include supervising staff, providing constructive feedback, monitoring project progress, planning inspections, obtaining construction permits, implementing safety and quality guidelines, managing equipment and maintenance, and maintaining stock and order of materials. The successful candidate will also ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly, and resolve on-site issues and emergencies as they arise.
