You will play a key role in managing and executing programs and projects. This role is instrumental in providing technical expertise in collaboration with key stakeholders to elevate Arvests Benefit and Total Rewards Programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with project management, implementations, Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel. Benefits experience is a plus. *Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed. Position is a remote opportunity and Incumbent should reside within the Arvest 4 State Footprint (AR, KS, MO, OK) in order to be considered. Job Title: Total Rewards Program Manager A Total Rewards Program Manager at Arvest works within and across the Total Rewards teams, with peers, and with leaders throughout Arvest to manage and facilitate initiatives that support programs that include benefits, compensation, variable pay, retirement, engagement, and work/life experiences. In addition, this position actively seeks out new initiatives and enhancements to existing initiatives that result in the delivery to our associates of a Total Rewards that is faster, simpler, and/or better. The Total Rewards Program Manager is an integral part of their assigned team, responsible for making sure the collection of projects within the department are benefiting each other and aligned to the overall business goals. They identify and track dependencies, risks, and issues across the program. They function as a mentor, providing guidance and leadership to the project managers and workstream leads. In addition, the Total Rewards Program Manager may manage others who support one or more functions of their assigned team. Actively leads program management of the assigned team including the work intake, sizing/scoping, allocation, prioritizing, scheduling, planning of delivery, systems support/readiness, change management planning, and coordination of communications. Partners with People Team leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for efficiencies and an improved associate experience. Interfaces with stakeholders to set, clarify, and manage expectations throughout projects and initiatives. Provide stakeholders with updates and a forum for iscussing concerns. Actively identifies system and process impediments within Total Rewards, communicates them to leadership, and collaborates with teams to remove, minimize, or mitigate these impediments. Creates and provides regular reporting on progress and added value of Total Rewards activities to stakeholders, Total Rewards leadership, and the Chief People Officer. Works with their assigned Director to align the team with its vision, goals, and other necessary information. Completes and maintains resource and skillset gap analyses for the assigned team. Creates and partners with peers and support staff to maintain the Total Rewards intranet page. May supervise associates responsible for one or more of the assigned teams functions. Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to the job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adherence to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity. Supervisory Responsibilities: May directly supervise one or more associates as assigned by the Director in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. **
