Actalent Transportation Designer in Overland Park, Kansas
Job Title: Transportation DesignerJob Description
Provide drafting support to engineers and designers on land development and municipal projects. Create detailed drawings with input from designers and engineers, incorporating red line changes as directed. Projects may include site planning, grading, streets, water, wastewater, and drainage. Assist the project team in meeting client expectations and schedules, maintaining attention to detail and adherence to drawing standards.
Responsibilities
Provide drafting support for land development and municipal projects.
Create and modify drawings based on input from designers and engineers.
Incorporate red line changes into existing drawings as directed.
Work on projects including site planning, grading, streets, water, wastewater, and drainage.
Assist project team in meeting client expectations and schedules.
Ensure attention to detail and use of drawing standards.
Essential Skills
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microstation.
1-3 years of experience with Autodesk and Bentley products, preferably Microstation.
Knowledge of local standards is preferred.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00
