As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of our team. Youll be the first point of contact that customers have with us, and shape the customers perception of Mr. Electric from the beginning.

\ Here are the primary responsibilities for this position:

  • You will answer customer calls and schedule jobs according to the customers needs.
  • You will assist in marketing by maintaining social media sites, lead aggregate sites, and ground game strategies.
  • You will follow up with customers to inquire whether they would like to proceed with any unsold work, and ensure that all customer needs and concerns are fully addressed.
