JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the direct supervision of Players Club Representatives on assigned shift when the Supervisor is off, and assisting the Supervisor with any additional duties or responsibilities. Responsible for promoting the success of the Players Club by assisting customers through the member process and explaining the benefits of membership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assists in supervision of Players Club Representatives to ensure smooth and efficient service is provided to customers.

2. Encourages new quests to become members of Club Winds.

3. Enrolls new guests into Club Winds.

4. Assists with the training of Players Club employees.

5. Redeems points for Club Winds members.

6. Makes point adjustments as necessary on a qualifying basis.

7. Assists other departments as needed with Players Club matters.

8. Facilitates the flow of information, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings and conveying accurate information to employees.

9. Issues casino complimentary items on a qualifying basis.

10. Recognizes potential high end patrons and encourages them to join Players Club.

11. Communicates promotional, special events and point structure to all guests.

12. May assist marketing with the execution of promotions and events.

13. Adherences to the system of internal controls policies and procedures.

14. Resolves inquiries and complaints from patrons.

15. Operate as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Educational/Experience: High School diploma or GED. Players Club experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.

1. Ability to work as directed by your supervisor, which may result in being scheduled anytime during a 24 hour period, 365 days a year.

2. Must excel in leadership and customer service.

3. Basic computer skills, Internet Explorer, Microsoft office (Power Point, Work, Excel).

4. Ability to read, write and understand English.

5. Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management. and guests.

7. Must have a friendly, outgoing personality.

8. Maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress environment.

9. Maintains an even temper and is friendly and positive with others. Demonstrates good judgment, has positive interactions with co-workers and customers. Treats others with respect and dignity.

10. Must be able to push and lift weight up to 25 pounds.

11. Must be able to work in areas containing high noise levels, secondary smoke and blinking lights
