Successful candidates will receive top notch training at the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center and from the professional team of law enforcement officers for the city of Park City.

Anon-certified officer will receive a Hiring Incentive of \$3000and the base starting pay will be a combination of the following factors:

\$26.63 per hour

2% increase in starting pay for prior military experience

1% increase in starting pay for an associates degree

1% increase in pay for a Bachelors degree
