Help support and coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments. Help prioritize and support loading. Must have exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must be very detail oriented and reliable. Must be able to operate a forklift and fill in on the warehouse floor as needed throughout the shift.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch and coordinate with internal drivers throughout shift
- Update and manage loads through TMW system
- Greet incoming carriers and coordinate the loading/unloading of trailers
- Communicate with warehouse loaders on customer requirement, docking, billing, etc
- Answer incoming calls from drivers and outside carriers
- Review and bill out all loads
- Maintain and update internal trackers
- Manage document retention and file needed paperwork
- Communicate with multiple departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Must be qualified to properly operate a forklift
- May be required to work overtime up to 4 hours before or after your shift for coverage or staffing shortages. Occasional weekends required.
