Summary:Maintains grounds by performing such duties as cutting grass and trimming trees and shrubs. Maintains and repairs fire alarm systems, boilers, safety switches, electrical equipment, plumbing, and other types of equipment as per established procedure. Related experience or training. Completion of on the job training required.
