SUMMARY: This position has the responsibility to effectively and efficiently schedule surgical cases, secretarial support for the Director of Surgery, enter operating room charges and surgical procedures into the computer system, processing the ordering of supplies and equipment as needed, answering phone, assist at OR desk as needed, and any other duties assigned by the director. Must be able to prioritize and multi task and handle calls as appropriate. Education Requirements: Six months minimum experience and/or training in the healthcare setting.
