Ampler dba Taco Bell is seeking an Area Coach / District Manager.

SCHEDULE(S):

Monday through Friday, Some Weekends as Necessary

8:00am to 6:00pm (with flexible hours)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Area Coach / District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations regarding comprehensive leadership, performance management, operational metrics, talent acquisition, people development, culture, and retention.

The Area Coach is a leader in coordinating restaurant operations with aligned Restaurant General Managers through goals-setting and achievable objectives to complete and exceed operational standards, sales, and profit goals of 5-7 restaurants within a specific market area. The area coach demonstrates leadership through coaching and strategic direction to their entire team. The AC collaborates with the RGMs in their district, to build sales, market share and profitability. The AC must consistently demonstrate AG Bells values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with key constituents including RGMs, vendors, suppliers, but most importantly - our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Degree OR 5+ years of Operations Management experience required

18 years old or older

Legal right to work in the United States

Ability to work flexible hours

Must be willing to travel up to 60%

Must have experience coaching and building employees

Reliable transportation

Good communication skills

Must pass background check criteria

Safety-focused, punctual, team oriented, respectful, and motivated

Must be open to work weekends and holidays as needed
