Summary: The Coding and Robotics Advisor position is responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Pitsco Educations innovative product portfolio. This position focuses on identifying new market opportunities, supporting the Field Sales team, and ensuring the successful implementation of Coding and Robotics solutions. Key responsibilities include building and executing a sales strategy to increase revenue, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen Pitscos position in the market. This position will also collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives. The role also involves representing Pitsco Education at industry events, serving as a key advocate for our products, and ensuring alignment across Sales and Customer Support functions. This hybrid position combines inside sales responsibilities with field engagement, making it ideal for a sales professional who excels in both strategic planning and customer relationship management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

Developing and executing outbound call strategy targeting markets that have adopted computer science courses

Identifying key markets and growth opportunities for the Coding and Robotics Portfolio

Conducting outbound calls to engage educational institutions and districts interested in integrating computer science courses

Scheduling face-to-face appointments

Generating and qualifying leads, setting up meetings

Maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow-up

Assisting the Field Sales team in closing deals related to the Coding and Robotics Portfolios by providing product expertise and support during client meetings

Working with the Field Sales team to set up prospecting and follow-up strategies for leads generated from events, conferences, and webinars

Representing Pitsco Education during national and regional conferences, industry events, and webinars

Networking with potential clients and partners to generate leads and build relationships

Providing regular reports to the Sales Leadership team and the Coding and Robotics Portfolios owner, detailing market insights, objections, and trends

Sharing actionable feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities

Following up with customers 30 days after shipment to ensure teachers have all the resources needed for thesuccessful implementation of the Coding and Robotics Portfolios

Addressing any post-sales issues or concerns, and providing additional support as needed

Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement

Working closely with the Marketing and Product Development teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives

Conveying market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
