What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot the Windows 10 desktop and identify network connectivity issues.
Perform hardware and software deployment and relocation services.
Communicate effectively and work well as a team.
Provide timely performance against the Project Plan.
Document completion and note exceptions, such as defective equipment.
Provide world-class customer service according to TEKsystems quality standards.
Follow developed installation processes.
What We’re Looking For:
PC hardware and Desktop troubleshooting experience.
Deployment experience.
Imaging PC experience.
