JOB SUMMARY
Join our team as a Quality Control Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our assemblies and components meet the highest quality standards. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for assembling test fixtures, performing high voltage electrical tests (hi-pot testing), and conducting thorough mechanical and configuration inspections. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you'll maintain precise documentation and support equipment calibration, all while working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1–4 years of experience in quality inspection, quality control, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in electrical testing methods, including hi-pot testing and continuity testing.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using precision measuring tools (such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and thread gauges).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assemble test fixtures and perform preliminary tests on completed shipping assemblies in accordance with standard procedures and special instructions.
Conduct high voltage electrical tests (hi-pot testing) on completed assemblies and verify electrical phasing, signing off on test reports.
Perform routine mechanical and configuration inspections of final assemblies, reviewing quality assurance records and verifying adherence to technical drawings.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all tests and inspections, ensuring timely submission of quality reports.
Assist with the maintenance and calibration of test equipment to guarantee accurate measurements and safe operation.
Inspect incoming stock items, complete inspection forms, and reject non-conforming materials according to established procedures.
Stage equipment, tools, and parts as needed, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure a seamless testing process.
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair duties related to test equipment and assembly fixtures, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly work environment.
