Actalent Senior Electrical Engineer in Rose Hill, Kansas
Description
Engineering of industrial manufacturing equipment including electrical system design, PLC/HMI programming, project management, and manufacturing support. Reports to the Engineering Manager. Daily duties: • Create electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical • Assemble electrical system bill of materials • Develop and implement control programs for industrial PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs • Meet established deadlines through successful project management and scheduling • Support customers with machine troubleshooting • Manage electrical department of 7 electricians, fabricators, and panel builders • Collaborate with mechanical engineering team on design of machine functions and operations • Support research and development projects • Limited travel for installation and commissioning of new equipment at customer facilities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00
Viking offers a competitive salary along with a housing down payment within the Rosehill School district. Standard benefits and PTO available.
