Equipment Operator Trainee: Perform general duties related to roadwork such as flagging traffic, trimming trees, cutting brush, mowing right-of-ways, replacing bridge planks, assisting in concrete work, duties related to asphalt work and preparation for asphalt work. May be assigned to clean up yard and/or shop buildings. Operate mower tractors, front end loaders, skid steers and power tools such as chain saws, weed whips and hand tools required for assigned tasks. Perform preventative maintenance.
Once CDL is obtained it will open up opportunities for other duties/equipment.
