Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
Rate of Pay DOE: \$70K -90K/Year.
Location: Hybrid

States. Thus, we have operations that cover the West, South and Midwest regions.
Our company is expanding rapidly, and we have an immediate opening for a Regional
Operations Manager to help teach, train, and assist in our fumigation department. This
individual will work closely with our General Manager and Field Supervisor to gain a
comprehensive understanding of our business practices. Adds new creative ideas to build new
market relationships by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business
relationships for products and services. Customary travel of 40-50% required. Conducts
demonstrations for product applications and facilitates training for new and existing customers.
Those with experience working in grain elevators are encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.
Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Oversee efficiency on fumigation operational processes.
Assist with fumigations when and where necessary. Preparing customer sites, obtaining
materials, generating fumigation management plans, and emergency response plans.
Manage Salina, Kansas office and daily operations.
Maintains all procedures in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Maintains records in compliance with local and states ordinance and submits accurate
reports.
o Department of Transportation policies and procedures.
o Department of Homeland Security policies and procedures.
Helping develop sales strategies and setting corporate sales targets in the Kansas area.
Coordinate meetings with prospective clients and general manager.

Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective customers.
Communicates with upper management on monthly detailed record keeping, business
development activities and jobs performed.
Ensures customer accounts are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
Services existing customers as a technical advisor for products and services; troubleshoots
and resolves problems that may arise. Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
Prepares and delivers sales presentations to prospective customers.
Updates job knowledge by participating in products/industry training opportunities.
Protects organizations confidential/proprietary information, e.g., trade secrets, customer
lists, pricing.
Represents company at industry events; promote/sale products and services.
Submits accurate orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests f or business growth.
Recruit, train and supervise staff .Monitoring the performance of teams and motivating them
to reach targets.
