Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil; work ground; prepare and maintain land; and plant, fertilize, spray, cultivate, harvest, and transport crops to elevator or storage area. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, sprayers, combines, back-hoes, mowers, track-hoes, and ATVs/side by sides. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Employees will be loading seed into planters; properly mixing chemicals; loading chemicals into sprayers; changing combine cutting heads; using hand tools in fields; welding, fabrication and torch work; performing general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points, buildings, barns and all farm equipment; ensuring operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment; regularly servicing equipment; collecting and spreading manure; mowing and landscaping on the farm; and lifting items as needed; and receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility, disposing of spoiled grain, transporting grain from fields to grain bins, loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level, operating augers and grain conveying equipment, monitoring grain moisture levels, preparing scale tickets, and shoveling grain. Job requires tending to livestock in the forms of feeding, examining, tagging, administering medication, assisting with vet visits, and herding; operating various equipment including, but not limited to, tractors, front loaders, mowers, balers, and trucks with gooseneck cattle trailers connected; mixing feed; lifting bags of mineral and hay bales; spraying cattle for flies and other pests; planting grass; tilling pasture; cleaning pens; installing property borders; calving cows and bred heifers; occasionally lifting and carrying newborn calves; and weaning calves from cows. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers\' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
