Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift : Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM; 40 hours a week

The role you’ll contribute:

As an integral member of a team, the Early Childhood Team Leader is responsible in assisting in the implementation of early childhood best practice standards through peer education and mentorship as defined by the Early learning Center’s management and Curriculum Specialist. Serves as a liaison between children, parents, teachers and the Early learning Center’s management.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Provides peer education and in-service training

· Serves as a mentor to new associates and staff

· Knows the characteristics of the various age levels, recognizes children’s physical, mental, emotional and social needs.

· Observe classes are providing developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children and applying early childhood best practice standards.

· Meets in-service and continuing education requirements as per department policy by the last day of the licensing year

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s Degree in an Early Childhood or related field

· 1 to 2 Years of Position-Related Experience
