Job Title: HVAC Foreman
Job Description
The lead HVAC installer is responsible for foreman duties on new construction jobs from start to finish. This role involves working with project managers to plan projects and then taking the prints and submittals to efficiently run the job while overseeing a crew of 4-5 installers. Projects are located throughout the Kansas City metro area and include commercial spaces such as restaurants, education facilities, healthcare, and general commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
Lead HVAC installer duties on new construction jobs from start to finish.
Work with project managers to plan projects.
Take prints and submittals to efficiently run the job.
Oversee a crew of 4-5 installers.
Install HVAC systems in commercial settings.
Remodel HVAC systems in commercial settings.
Work with owners and general contractors.
Start up HVAC systems, including VRV, VRF, and grease ducts.
Essential Skills
5+ years of foreman experience in commercial HVAC installation.
OSHA 10 certification.
Ability to look at submittals and plans and run a job from start to finish.
Experience with commercial HVAC installation.
Ability to oversee a crew of 4-5 installers.
Ability to work with owners and general contractors.
Work Environment
New construction sites throughout the Kansas City Metro area. Working out of a company vehicle. Day shift hours from 7am - 3:30pm with overtime when required.
