Job Description

Nazdar SourceOne is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative develops, maintains and interacts primarily utilizing the phone and other forms of electronic communication to a broad scope of new and existing customers within the graphic and textile print markets to increase sales of Nazdar’s products and/or services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on leads generated by, but not limited to, business development activity, trade shows, internet inquiries, and vendor partners.

  • Implement prospecting and sales strategies which includes, conducting an analysis of target accounts, customer requirements and identifying the decision-makers of each organization for the purpose of securing business of target accounts.

  • Follow up on prospects and sales leads to proactively develop business.

  • Develop quotes for all products for customers in order to finalize sales.

  • Profiling the customer through CRM contact management databases.

  • Maintains customer relations by phone to maintain account relationships, qualify leads and increase sales.

  • Place outbound telephone calls and engage in dialogue with customers, asking clarifying questions as necessary to fully understand requirements.

  • Access customer account information in Customer Relationship Management software and make necessary entries to resolve problems, record preferences and process sales transactions.

  • Provide information on new products and services through up selling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Quote prices and credit terms, working with Regional Sales Management and Sales Coordinators as well as Nazdar Accounting as may be required per the credit matrix guidelines.

  • Work with SourceOne Operations and Customer Service to investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries.

  • Assist with other duties as directed by management.

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year previous inside sales experience with proven sales growth history preferred.

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience: Outlook, Excel, and Word.

  • Printing industry experience, need not be sales related, preferred.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, supervisors and peers which requires excellent communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation).

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

  • Self-driven, results oriented with a clear focus on high quality results.

  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to perform job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures.
