Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical project focused on technology transfers and development, specifically in the late-stage development to commercialization of sterile suspensions. This role requires a deep understanding of aseptic techniques, sterile compounding, and pharmaceutical development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects related to sterile suspensions and will be dedicated solely to this project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the project from late-stage development through to commercialization.

  • Oversee all aspects of technology transfer and development for sterile suspensions, dosage forms, and compounding.

  • Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are met within the 12-14 month timeframe.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Validation.

  • Independently run meetings and work directly with clients to provide solutions and ensure project success.

  • Maintain sterility throughout the compounding process, including sterility testing and the use of sterilizing grade filters.

  • Manage project documentation and provide regular updates to the PMO.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive experience in project management, specifically in sterile suspensions and pharmaceutical development.

  • Strong experience in aseptic techniques and sterile compounding.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work with large cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

  • Ability to work on-site and manage client relationships effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Sciences or Engineering field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience with sterility testing and sterilizing grade filters.

  • Aseptic processing – fill-finish.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for sterile pharmaceutical products.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

On-Site in Shawnee, KS. Sterile Manufacturing Environment and office setting. Relocation/per diem can be considered if needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
