Quality Associate
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to ensure the document control of GMP Documents through paper-based data integrity. The ideal candidate will manage the controlled issuance and reconciliation of raw data form sheets, maintain files, and provide project support to identify process efficiencies. Additionally, this role involves revising and routing GMP documentation in the Document Management System and generating templates for quality processes to maintain efficiency. Ensuring all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory compliance is a key responsibility.
Responsibilities
Ensure document control of GMP Documents via paper-based data integrity
Controlled Issuance and Reconciliation of Raw Data Form Sheets
Manage files including filing, tracking, and retrieving completed records such as complete batch records, protocols, logbooks, modules, and other GMP documentation
Provide project support and identify process efficiencies
Revise and route GMP documentation in the Document Management System
Generate templates for quality processes to maintain efficiency
Ensure all GMP documentation adheres to regulatory compliance
Essential Skills
Experience with GMP documentation
Proficiency in document management
Knowledge of Microsoft Word
Experience with documentation control systems
1-2 years of experience in GMP documentation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a science field or equivalent experience in quality documentation within a GMP facility
1+ years of experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Work Environment
This position operates in an office setup, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
