Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and University Relations, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is the trusted talent advisor to collaborate closely with managers and HR Business Partners supporting the full talent acquisition process through internal partnerships and external connections with candidates and select vendors. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Clearwater Paper. This position will interview and assess candidates (phone screens and in-person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques. In addition, this role creates and distributes recruiting tools to aid and support the CLW recruiting process (recruiting binders, recruiting and career fair materials). The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will coordinate recruiting activities to ensure an outstanding return on investment for all stakeholders, conduct competitive research on market trends, and provide direction to improve HR processes concerning recruiting and retention. As a trusted talent advisor, you will collaborate with HR managers to support developing the national pipeline of STEAM candidates incorporating direct sourcing and social media methods. What you will do Talent Sourcing (full cycle) Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all open positions. Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and social media sites. Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Collaborate with human resource leaders and hiring managers on hiring decisions and coordinating interviews; handle all communication with prospective candidates. Collaborate with leaders of the organization to strategize on best practices for the Talent Acquisition Team. Build and maintain pipelines with candidates fostering an internal (Company) and external (Candidate) customer satisfaction mindset with a commitment to a quality experience Build and maintain, via various sourcing strategies, a robust national talent pipeline targeted at passive candidates with specific industry and/or functional expertise to support national multi-incumbent strategy (STEM, Manufacturing Operations, and Supply Chain). Responsible for the initiation and coordination of relocation benefits for candidates when required per company guidelines. Campus champion for building future talent pipelines. Process Improvement & Integrity Ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data integrity through process compliance. Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality in support of a balanced Talent Acquisition (TA) scorecard. Leverage internal partners and external resources to continuously improve the Clearwater Paper employment process, from candidate search to onboarding and assimilation. Champion company Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts by partnering with sites and national programs through outreach efforts; monitor progress through diverse slate presentation.
