Overview:
This is a temporary position to assist with collection of samples and analytical testing in a canned pet food facility.
Responsibilities:
Collect samples at prescribed frequency
Prepare samples and perform required analytical tests in a timely manner
Accurately document and report results to responsible parties
Clean hardware used for testing to defined standards
Collect and transfer samples throughout the facility as required
Follow Safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for facility
Complete all assigned projects and tasks.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Other items as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship needs.
Ability to work part-time hours as needed, accommodating academic schedules.
Proficiency with computers, software, and data processing.
Experience with basic analytical chemistry/ analytical testing
Demonstrate positivity, integrity, and a willingness to learn
Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision
Compensation
Starting Pay Rate: $23.00- $24.00/ hours USD
Tonganoxie, Kansas, United States
Minimum hours required to work are 24 hours per week.
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
