Technical Analytical Validation Concierge
Direct Responsibility: Be the primary first line of contact for our Analytical Validation customers. Perform site prep and customer readiness activities in preparation for onsite installation, qualification, training and analytical validation consulting by our Global Service and Support teams.
In this role you will manage the day to day activities around our early stages of the Analytical Validation consulting services. Once a PO is received for the service, you will begin the process of onboarding. Starting with reaching out through an introductory greeting, then moving on to the site readiness process with the goal of being as efficient and thorough as possible, to ensure the site is ready, before sending resources onsite.
Customer care responsibilities
Collaborate daily with our Technical Project Managers, our Field Applications Specialist, and our Commercial Sales teams.
Maintain a close working relationship with the FAS managers and Sales managers.
Work closely with your manager to prioritize development projects.
Help to manage the Universal Tracker on the Microsoft AV team room.
Be the direct liaison to the Health Care Content and the compliance sales teams.
Help to manage the service orders associated with AV service and be the bridge with service administration.
Keen attention to detail.
Bachelor's in a scientific discipline, Associates degree with 3 years experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years equivalent in work experience.
2-4 years in a customer support role.
In-depth knowledge real-time PCR and molecular lab workflows.
Strong abilities in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with method validation on molecular biology platforms.
