iCIMS Assoc. Solution Advisor, Enterprise in Topeka, Kansas

Job Overview In this role, you'll demonstrate our recruiting software solutions for customers and prospects! You will develop and maintain knowledge of the ins and outs of our software, and be able to translate them into simple, easy-to-understand terms that speak to everybody with a say in the sales process. An ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, and able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively. You demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and creativity when solving complex issues. You understand excellence in customer service and exhibit behaviors in your work. This position offers an opportunity to work mostly remotely, or out of Holmdel, NJ, or Denver, CO offices. Travel requirements up to 60%. Responsibilities + Supports Sales initiatives by providing accurate & dynamic demonstrations of the iCIMS Talent Cloud for business development purposes (through webinars and in-person meetings) within the Enterprise segment. + Utilizes our best-of-breed solution resources to demonstrate the value of iCIMS to customers across a defined region. + Uncovers and eliminates customer-specific business challenges relating to product functionality and delivery. + Educates appropriate staff in our Customer Success Department for implementations, integrations, and technical support questions. + Understands competitive landscape and SWOT analysis for iCIMS’ product line. Ensures demonstrations target product strengths matched to customer needs. + Thoroughly understands technical infrastructure and iCIMS architecture. Leads technical calls for customers within all segments. + Assists in technical discovery and integration-related scoping calls. + Creates technical documents and or questionnaires. + Participates in marketing efforts & may present at webinars, events and tradeshows. + Conducts demo certifications for other departments. + Collaborates with marketing to ensure that we have value presentations, video demos, website content and overall collateral to support the product Qualifications + Previous experience working for a software or technology company. + Aptitude for software product demonstrations focused on providing value. + Ability to simplify complex technical information. + Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. + Ability to travel as required. + Experience selling technology. + Travel as required for business needs. Preferred + Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. + Previous experience working for a software or technology company is a plus. + Understanding of HR software space and particularly recruitment CRM is a plus. Compensation and Benefits iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance. The target total compensation for this role is $73,100 - $97,400, y our estimated compensation will be based upon your experience.
