Position Overview:
This position assists the SitusAMC Insights team, providing research and data analysis for our real estate publications. The position would involve working with commercial and residential real estate data, analytics, modeling, interpretation, and include writing on the trends. This role also manages our survey database and coordinates all communications with our subscribers.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct analysis and modeling on commercial and residential real estate data and trends
Oversee survey data collection, acting as liaison between survey participants and research team; manage the survey database and processes
Coordinate all communications with our subscribers
Work closely across business lines, including marketing, legal and IT
Research property and market trends
Work independently on projects and collaborate in a remote-work environment
Manage workflow to produce on time deliveries
Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, statistics, or another related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Excellent communication, attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking, and teamwork
Skills: Fluency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; data visualization products, such as Tableau or Power BI, and statistical software experience preferred
Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use
Alternating between sitting or standing as needed
Hearing, talking, reaching, grasping

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($50,000 - $85,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
