Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Prepare, review, and sign legal filings and court documents.- Attend and represent the client in assigned judicial hearings.- Communicate and advise private counsel on cases.- Communicate with project staff regarding legal questions, opinions and interpretations.- Act as an adviser on legal issues involving compliance.- Review legal data and advise on appropriate legal action to be taken.- Coordinate litigation and other legal matters handled by outside counsel.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience consulting within designated function.- Develop solutions to complex problems which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.- Interpret applicable regulations and policies associated with case to determine recommendation.- Plan implementation, training, and solution deployment.- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.- Regularly contribute-s to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards requiring varied interpersonal and technical skills.- Considered expert in field within the organization.
