Performs work assignments as a member of the Belonging, Diversity and Equity (BD&E) Team. Responsibilities may include the creation and/or management of projects in support of our External Diverse Talent Engagement strategies, programs and initiatives; assistance in the development and implementation of projects associated with the UKG Employee Resource Group program; and other duties as assigned.


• Assist in the creation and preparation of materials for internal Belonging, Diversity and Equity programs and presentations (ex. PowerPoint Presentations etc.)

• Perform preliminary research on assignments; gather relevant and pertinent data.

• Partner and collaborate with External Diverse Talent Engagement Team, ERG Team, and ERG Members on special projects

• Communicate with UKG employees, Internal and External Stakeholders

• Look at all projects through a lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion for our UKG employee population.


• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preference will be given to rising seniors

• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

• Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite (ex.PowerPoint and Excel)

• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks while paying attention to detail

• Ability to cope and perform well in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented work environment

Colorado, New York, Washington, and California Pay Law

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $17 to $20, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $17 to $20.
