As a Business Research Analyst your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the front-end validation of companies and individuals looking to enroll in and/or obtain benefits from any of Intel's various Sales and Marketing programs.

  • Review information provided by the customer and/or others within Intel to aide in the determination of the validity of information provided and potential risk to Intel in conducting business with that customer.

  • Review specific tenders and deal pricing to figure out the validity of the request and supporting documents and/or RFPs to prevent fraud or misuse of pricing and contra revenue programs involving customers, distributors, and partners.

  • Support customer interviews, audits, investigations, and/or reviews of contract Terms and Conditions for compliance as well as performing on-gong customer due diligence and validation by investigating customer integration capabilities, business models, legal entity structure and financials.

  • Responsible for investigations that often require partnering with various other teams such as Corporate Security, Human Resources, Legal, Outside Council, Forensic Investigators, and Law Enforcement agencies.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant fraud investigations or pricing and business management experience.

  • Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant fraud investigations or pricing and business management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification.

  • Knowledge of distribution channel.

  • Pricing Experience with the use of open-source techniques and tools to conduct research on companies and individuals.

  • Understanding of tech industry sales channels, open market, and OEM eco-system.

  • Proficient in MS Office: Teams, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint Experience with automation scripting, Power BI, advanced Excel, and data analytic techniques.

  • Investigative experience in marketing and sales incentive programs.

  • Willingness to travel for extended periods of time and potentially internationally.

  • Languages: English and Spanish

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
