Cardiac Cath Lab Nursing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Nursing Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the Cardiac Cath Lab team, providing leadership and guidance.

  • Oversee patient care activities, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and standards.

  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Maintain and update patient records using automated computer billing systems.

  • Ensure the efficient operation of the lab, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance lab efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Provide training and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program or Rad Tech Program.

  • Current Kansas Nursing License or Rad Tech License.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Catheterization Lab environment.

  • Proven supervisory experience.

  • Strong knowledge of computers, including word processing, spreadsheets, and automated computer billing systems.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

3x 12 hour shifts.

Day Shift.

Eligible for a $15k sign on bonus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $87880.00 - $130000.00/yr.
