Smartronix is seeking a driven and talented Commercial Operations Coordinator to provide coordination and project management support to our rapidly growing commercial division. This role will be responsible for overseeing our broad portfolio of resale and FinOps customers as well as serving as the primary liaison between our customer teams and back office support personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee a broad portfolio of resale customers, monitor their spend levels, resolve invoicing and contractual issues and meet with select customers on a regular basis to ensure issues are being addressed and that they are maximizing the value of SMX services.
Coordinate with resource managers to own the tracking of resource assignments across multiple projects and the status of resources (eg. Available, Coming Available, Booked, etc.)
Serve as the primary liaison to back office organizations such as contracts, procurement, accounting, and finance to proactively drive issue resolution and track status of various work items
Cover project management tasks on customer projects when engagement managers or service delivery managers are unavailable
Help organize and author division knowledge management items in either Confluence or SharePoint, as appropriate
Required Skills / Experience
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Exceptional attention to detail, task management, and organization skills
Desired Skills / Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the technology industry
Experience with Agile project management methodologies
Experience with SalesForce, CostPoint, SharePoint, Confluence, or JIRA
