Fusion Data Intelligence Platform Analytics - Tech Lead & Architect (IC5)

Location, US Nationwide, Remote/Travel

The Tech Lead and Architect will apply their technical and functional expertise on the one hand, and leadership skills on the other, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects on their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with the customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and directs the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.

With the above facets in play, on a typical project, the lead will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on relevant technical items, lead and develop reporting and analytical technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of associated technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; and finally ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead will perform as an advisor to the customer, provide guidance and direction, and maintain a good, valuable, and productive relationship.

Aside from the tech lead role on a project, capitalizing on their experience and skills, the candidate should be able to support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to contribute/lead innovation and initiatives in the context of our communities of practice and cross functional teams.

The individual should have demonstrated expertise in Fusion Data Intelligence Platform that requires a combination of skills noted below:

  1. Advanced knowledge and experience to architect solutions leveraging the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDIP) platform and to also augment the platform for our client's custom sources and analytics requirements if required. The individual should also possess strong skills in modelling enterprise data warehouses and also in Oracle ETL tools.

  2. Deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology

  3. Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities

  4. Possess strong communication skills, leadership and management skills

Responsibilities

To be successful and effective, the lead will preferably possess and have experience the following skills in alignment with the facets of the role:

  1. Technical Skills -

· Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) with expertise in one or more of the following pillars - ERP, SCM, HCM and CX.

· Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

· ADW & exceptional data warehousing skills

· Oracle's prominent ETL Tools - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) , OCI DI

· AI/ML both on FDIP as well as on ADW.

· Fusion Technologies - BICC, BI Publisher, OTBI

  1. Functional skills
  • Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise

  • General understanding of functional processes and workflows

  1. Leadership skills
  • Leadership: empathy, active listening, influencing, drive, empowerment, confidence

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
