Conversational Designer

Concentrix is seeking an Conversation Designer who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As an Conversation Designer, you will be responsible for creating conversational flows for chat and voice-forward Virtual Assistants across client support channels. The right person for this role is a strong writer with a background in conversation design who understands their audience and has deep empathy for their audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Help with ongoing maintenance and optimizations of the existing virtual assistants that are live and in production today. This can include redesigns, updating existing scripts, business updates, building out flows using Voiceflow across different brand’s AI assistants.

  • Assist in gathering data and user insights to optimize existing conversational flows; monitor post-launch performance

  • Help craft occasional IVR messages related to required updates for various business launches; support the transition of IVR messaging to text-to-speech technology

  • Help facilitate the editorial approval processes for new and updated copy

  • Keep documentation, flows, designs, and developer artifacts current and up-to-date based on stakeholder and legal feedback and revisions, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent writing skills and proven track record of writing in different styles and tones on behalf of a brand

  • 2+ years of experience designing conversational experiences for AI channels

  • Portfolio featuring examples of conversational experiences

  • Proven experience contributing to design for products in a cross-functional environment

  • Knowledge of how qualitative and quantitative research can improve your designs

  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to independently lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Working knowledge of natural language understanding

  • Bonus if you have worked in customer support 

The base salary range for this position is $73,166- $109,749, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
