What does a great Conversion Analyst – Team Lead do?

You will engage in a growing part of the Fiserv business – new client conversions by joining the delivery team who is responsible for converting Credit Unions to Fiserv Credit Union account processing platforms. You will be instrumental in building conversion team member talent, identifying process improvements, increasing delivery capacity and client satisfaction rates to a consistent ‘A’ grade; You’ll work with the best clients and Associates in the world, owning process improvement and quality initiatives, facilitating teamwork and pride in serving our client as they transition to a Fiserv solution.
What are some of the basic responsibilities for this role?
Support Management with the optimization of talent, determine measurable goals and accountabilities, and driving actionable Associate development plans
Develop technical acumen and confidence within the Conversion Team to support understanding of Fiserv’s core platform and conversion methodology with focus on the best possible Client Experience
Support and sustain a collaborative environment where Associates drive continuous assessment, definition, and implementation of process efficiencies
Responsible for building effective quality assurance measures and driving continuous improvement for conversion and merger processes
Responsible to maintain conversion documentation to include but not limited to Master Specifications, Implementation Manuals, Timelines and Discovery workbooks
Support Management through effective capacity planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Accountable for Associate engagement, ensuring tools are effectively deployed and cross-training needs are met

What are the required and preferred qualifications you need for consideration?
A minimum of 5+ years in successfully delivering core banking conversions, large complex projects that cross multiple product portfolios and third parties required
Prior conversion experience or experience supervising operations and/or applications area within the financial industry highly desirable.
Specific experience with core product Portico highly preferred
Leader with a drive to inspire excellence
Self-starter with a sense of urgency
Travel required: Percentage/frequency of travel 50%
