Summary:
The Training Coordinator, reporting to the Director, Training, will assist in coordinating training(s) and resources required for new and existing implementations, workflows, and processes. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the trainers, program department, quality department, and human resources to ensure stakeholders are aligned and training needs are coordinated appropriately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, task due date, and major milestone timelines for assigned projects within Smartsheet.
Support the creation of PowerPoint, Visio, and Word Document training, program, and quality materials as needed for classes, meetings, and staff development.
Contribute to training content and development related to operational workflows for field-based, multidisciplinary care teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule trainings and send calendar invites to appropriate stakeholders.
Create meetings and webinars in Teams and Zoom utilizing templates and/or creating individualized one offs.
Work alongside clinical and training directors to coordinate needed trainings.
Facilitate and coordinate meetings as needed, documenting summaries and communicating next steps to appropriate stakeholders.

Required Education and Experience:
Two (2) years healthcare experience with population health, value-based care, and/or care management.
Experience coordinating scheduling for multiple projects.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or another applicable field.
Project management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge and proficiency with all Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Knowledgeable in use of Smartsheet or other project planning platform(s).
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with minimal oversight.
Ability to handle ambiguity and desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Acute attention to detail.
Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with key members of other departments within the organization.
Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional setting. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Normal manual dexterity is required.
Normal speaking and hearing abilities to interact with others in an office environment, over telephone or other video conferencing platform.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms and continuously repeat the same hand, arm finger motion many times as in typing.
