National Dentex Dental Lab Technician (Denture Finish) in Topeka, Kansas
Description

We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Heumann in Topeka, KS, for a Dental Laboratory Technician (Denture Finish).
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read all prescriptions (Rx), specifications and preferences received from doctor
Able to follow and perform processes step by step outlined in the Technical Team Policies (TTP’s) for contouring
Seek management’s assistance when unclear on doctor’s Rx or specifications
Blend all primary contours to achieve final shape and size of restoration to fit into the existing dentition
Keep all work areas clean on a daily basis
All other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities Required:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Display manual dexterity and fine motor skills
Good hand-eye coordination
Excellent perception skills and attention to detail
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Sandblaster porcelain ovens

Physical Requirements:
Able to sit for long periods of time
Standing and bending
