We are seeking an accomplished and dedicated Director of Clinical Technology Solutions to lead our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) initiatives. This senior leadership role is critical in shaping the strategic direction, implementation, and optimization of EMR systems that enhance clinical operations, ensure compliance, and improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a robust combination of clinical expertise, technological proficiency, and strong leadership abilities.
The Director, Clinical Technology Solutions will own being a strategic liaison between emergent EMR technology platforms/capabilities and business partners, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement strategic EMR solutions. Focus will be related to decisioning on appropriate vendors and technology solutions, implementation of large-scale projects, and implementing strategic plans, goals and objectives (including driving technology vendor roadmap expectations).
Specific expectations of this role include:
Develop and implement strategies for the integration of EMR software with various healthcare systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test EMR software modules and applications.
Manage the implementation and ongoing maintenance of EMR systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage project plans for software development initiatives, including budget and resource allocation.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
Work across business and technology training teams to manage end-to-end change for end-users specific to EMR software and applications.
Oversee the use and access of EMR software to ensure security and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Develop and manage the budget for EMR solutions and related projects.
Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies without compromising quality or compliance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or related field
Leadership experience with EMR solutions, preferably within the post-acute space
5 or more years of technology leadership experience
5 or more years of resource management experience
Experience with technology contracting and managing vendor relationships
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in technology, business, or related field
Strong understanding of clinical workflow systems and healthcare regulations.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$172,200 - $236,900 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
