This role involves providing guidance to team members, enhancing work processes, and performing multiple functions related to Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs). The successful candidate will support the full life cycle of wire and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfer transactions, assist with online banking features, balance general ledger and internal demand accounts, and play a critical role in the Business Continuity Plan (BCP). This position requires flexibility to accommodate workflows and processing demands. Essential Duties: • Collaborate with the electronic services team to achieve goals and support team productivity. • Process and monitor wires, ACH transactions, and online/mobile banking activities in adherence to policies and procedures. • Maintain a sense of urgency in completing tasks and ensure exceptional customer service by safeguarding high-risk payment processes. • Handle high workloads and competing demands while maintaining poise and efficiency. • Ensure compliance with federal laws, regulations, and internal policies in maintaining files and records. • Develop a thorough understanding of technical documentation and integrate knowledge into daily processes. • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other bank personnel while maintaining professionalism and tact. • Support the efficient flow of information by compiling data and reporting to supervisors and relevant personnel. • Promote a workplace free from discrimination and harassment and support the Bank’s risk management and regulatory compliance initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred. • 2-5 years of experience in banking electronic services required. • Strong attention to detail, adaptable personality, and positive attitude. Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40 - $43 on W2.
