What You Will Do :
Assist Guidehouse’s public sector teams with full lifecycle contract administration including but not limited to reviewing solicitations to identify potential risks, assisting in proposal development, examining, analyzing, negotiating contract terms and conditions, revising contract modifications/ proposals, contract administration to include ensuring compliance with the contract requirements and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts. Professionals at Guidehouse may be subject to a government security investigation and may need to meet related eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
What You Will Need :
Minimum Year(s) of Experience : 4-6 years of experience as a contracts professional in the Federal government marketplace
Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor’s degree
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Proven work experience as a Contract Professional;
Experience working with GSA and GWACs contracts as well as large and complex Federal Government contracts;
Experience negotiating terms and conditions with NDA, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and Prime Contracts; and
Experience with government contract close-outs and responds to request for information in the possession of the government contracts department.
Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
The annual salary range for this position is $82,500.00-$123,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
