Job Description
ice Review & Processing (25%)
Incumbent will be trained on the Kansas Grant Management System and will review and approve invoices
Subrecipient Application/Budget (30%)
Incumbent will participate in the review and approval of a subrecipient's application narrative, goals of the subaward and performance statement. Incumbent will review and approve the subrecipient budget to ensure it complies with grant requirements.
Internal and Subrecipient Expenditure Monitoring (40%)
Incumbent will monitor each subrecipients technical progress, ensuring that technical performance goals are aligned with the subrecipient's scope of work in the signed agreement.
Incumbent will assess performance requirements and is responsible for determining if the subrecipient can meet the performance requirements under the agreement.
Incumbent is responsible for documenting agency monitoring activities. Recommend enhancements to monitoring policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements
At least 2 years grant experience ; Accounting/Finance background to perform subaward budget approvals. 3 years experience in grant management and 3 years experience in project management preferred null
